If in doubt about the validity of your order, the Online company may contact you to verify your identity. It is authorized to request a copy of your identity card to confirm the information you have provided to us, in order to combat fraud and identity theft on the Internet. Dum.be undertakes not to communicate your details and does not resell them to third-party sites.
DUM presents, on its site, for all available products, a detailed description allowing the buyer to know before taking the final order the essential characteristics of the products he wishes to buy.
The buyer has the option at any time to send us an email if he deems it necessary to obtain any clarification whatsoever. The photos and illustrations are given for information only and are not contractual.
The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros, all Belgian taxes included (Belgian VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding postage.
This article does not apply to our pro customers outside of Belgium.
DUM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. The sale price retained for the purchase of a product is that observed online at the time of registration of the order on the website.
In the event of a price error on our site www.dumshop.be : if the corrected price is lower than the price displayed on the site, we will apply the lowest price and send you your item. If the corrected price is higher than the price displayed on the site, we will notify you and proceed to cancel your order unless you choose to accept the order at the new price.
We can accept your orders within the limits of available stocks. We inform you of the availability of the articles sold on the site on the information page of each article.
If, despite our vigilance, the items are unavailable, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
In the event of unavailability, we undertake within 30 days from the validation of the order either to deliver the ordered product to you, or to offer you a similar product at a similar price, or to refund it to you.
